Using the store

By using the Momtravels website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and linked policies. Use the Services lawfully and provide accurate order information. Keep your account credentials confidential.

Products and information

We sell travel organizers and related pouches. Product pages provide available measurements, materials, and package contents; review them before ordering. Props are included only when stated. Momtravels is an independent online retailer; unless expressly stated, we do not claim to manufacture products or be affiliated with or endorsed by a third-party brand. Screens may affect color appearance. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived by law.

Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel when needed to address inventory, pricing, payment, address, or suspected fraud issues. If we cancel after payment, we arrange a refund to the original method. The checkout price before submission applies. Payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Taxes and charges appear before payment. Do not email payment credentials or pay outside checkout.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Destinations, costs, and estimates are in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, labels, and refund timing are in the Refund Policy; these policies form part of these terms. Estimates are not guaranteed. If an order cannot ship within the processing estimate, we will let you accept a revised timeline or cancel for a prompt refund.

Third parties and intellectual property

The Services rely on Shopify and may use services such as payment processing and the map on our Contact page. Their terms and privacy practices apply. A link does not imply endorsement. Store materials are protected by law; third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Changes, liability, and governing law

We may update or discontinue Services and revise these terms. The posted version applies from its update date, subject to rules for orders already placed. Nothing here excludes liability, remedies, warranties, or consumer protections where law does not permit exclusion. These terms are subject to laws applying to the transaction and mandatory protections where you live. Nothing requires you to surrender a right to bring a claim where law allows.
